what we offer
Traveling our Collection:
Art Science Exhibits curates beautiful, impactful exhibitions infused with fresh, Berlin-induced perspectives. Our forte is custom exhibitions designed while on location. We are experienced working in historical and leading-edge architectural spaces. And while working with our team or yours, we adhere to all regulations.
Our fine art exhibitions are penetrating in both aesthetics and context, as germane scientific information is showcased alongside each art piece. The narrative builds from visual art metaphor interwoven with facts. The overarching thematic relating to the climate and species loss crises is positive and solution based.
Large or smaller artworks from exemplary, international artists are tailored to your building's architectural elements and surroundings. High resolution photographic and video art can be adjusted to custom-fit the space. Archival photographic art and limited-edition prints may be reprinted and framed on location to further reduce costs and carbon footprint.
We are also excited to offer interventions with existing museum collections. By exhibiting alongside historical paintings from the archives of Art Museums, or by exhibiting art with specimen collections in Museums of Natural History, we generate deeper interest for the locations where these interventions take place.
Depending on size and site, exhibitions are programmed from six months to two years in advance.

What We've Accomplished:
Art Science Exhibits began with an exhibition in collaboration with scientists at Yale University in 2015. Since that time, we have presented six large-scale exhibitions and a variety of ArtSci programs in spectacular locations at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Our main location has been in the very heart of Berlin, the Grand Hall of Thaer-Insitut of Agriculture and Horticulture, next door to our partners at the Museum für Naturkunde. Our 2017 Video Program traveled as far as the Philippines. In 2019 we exhibited in the gallery of an official Palazzo of the Venice Biennale, and pre and post show with our friends at Villa Straüli in Switzerland.
Along with our extensive program for the opening of the 2018 Berlin Science Week, we showcased exhibitions from the Bio Lab of the School of Visual Arts New York. We have exhibited the work of faculty from the Department of Engineering at the University of Melbourne, Australia; CEPT University (Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology), India; and the Asagaya College of Art and Design, Japan; California College of the Arts, Drexel University, Georgia State University, Northeastern University, Tulane University, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA.
Our artists hail from: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Mongolia, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, the UK and the USA.

Science Collaboration:
We are honored to be working in collaboration with John D. Liu's Environmental Education Media Project on large-scale ecosystem recovery. In Germany we work with scientists at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Max Planck Institute of Animal Behavior, and the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin, along with ETH Zurich in Switzerland. Many of our artists have created work with science institutions worldwide, including: Charles Sturt University and the University of Sydney, Australia; University of Ghent, Belgium; Institut National des Sciences Appliquées Lyon, France; Goulandris Museum of Natural History, Greece; Technische Universität Berlin, Germany; Thetis Knowledge for a Better Environment, Italy; Kobe University, Japan; Alaska Sea Life Center, American Association for the Advancement of Science, Cornell University, Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University, Rutgers University, Yale University, and the US Department of Fish and Game, USA.
