The artworld is aching for transformation. Universities generating artists who can’t find work, and galleries and museums that can support only a few, is a broken system. The good news is that multidisciplinary making is necessary for all the system changes needed on our planet. When artists begin to work next to scientists and share ideas on boards of major corporations, your skills will be well placed.
We represent artists who are interested in making history instead of decoration. Being based in Berlin allows us to transmit artists' work most easily. Each of our exhibits offers additional programing: Artist Talks, Video Programs, and interdisciplinary Panel Discussions. We also offer opportunities for international powwows with fellow artists, which often include scientists, scholars and architects. These meetings of minds have culminated with offers for artists to exhibit in Europe and beyond, including in Japan and New Zealand. Our 2017 video program traveled as far as the Philippines.
Through our archives, we continue to showcase all the wonderful artists who have participated in our nature science and ecology themed exhibitions. We have personally met and communicated at length with each artist whose work we've exhibited. Moreover, our letters of invitation have initiated funding for a wealth of artists from around the globe, many of whom have joined us for their first Berlin opening. Some artists have traveled to Berlin from abroad more than once to show with us. Because we've build great interest, solo installations by international artists we've represented have remained in our Berlin locations ongoing.
We inspire artists working in all media to find the appropriate means and methods for exhibition. We consult artists working in all media on concept, thematics, and execution of art and projects. We offer meaningful advice on the trajectory of artists work as they strive to reach the next level in their process. With years of experience in interdisciplinary collaboration, we curate partnerships with artists, scientists and scholars working independently or in association with institutional partners.
We represent artists who have developed the highest standards of professionalism in their work and attitude. These artists range in age from their early 20's to their early 80's. The main factor for our representation is passion for the leading-edge. Some of the artists we represent have yet to exhibit with us. This is because their body of work has not, as yet, aligned with our ever changing exhibition themes.
We always keep artists we represent in minds-eye for our future exhibitions and for exhibits with our partner institutions. Through our associations, and with open-minded interest, we interact with ArtSci centers world-wide.

For artists applying for representation
About representation:
We connect artist for sales and exhibitions with galleries, foundation galleries, art centers, and museums. By retaining our representation, artists show they value our negotiations on their behalf. Contracts are created individually with each artist we represent. Although exclusivity is an option, artists aren't limited by working with us.
About consultation:
Representation may include exhibiting with us without further consultation. For other artists, a number of consultations may be necessary. Setting up a consultation is also an option for artists who need to know why we've decided not to represent their work.
Applying for representation:
The application format is at your discretion. Images can be submitted via links to online content (not google) or attached jpegs, maximum ten images, sized approximately 2MB.
We also require a brief explanation of your interest and challenges (maximum one page in PDF format). Use your artist name as the PDF file name. Describe your subject, medium, and how and why you would like to make Art Science Exhibits a home base. Think of this as a very brief introduction. Compile all materials into one email and put your artist name in the subject heading.
